Man I hope it does. The timing is just all off… lots of new developments happening and for me to just walk out and leave everyone behind doesnt sit right. Even though I’d probably have better job security and better income. Goddammit. These are never easy decisions

I made the same decision 6 years ago. It worked out well enough. It was hell for 3 years, but now it’s pretty good.
