I still prefer my duskmage over the sharpshooter

Yes, duskmage + lightning is amazing from what I have seen, so many of the attacks are fast which causes lots of little lightning balls to run around and hit things.

Yea I need to do some research and do a proper build and not pic stuff cos it sounds cool 
But I have been saving all the respecticals that drop so that if I need to respec I will be able to later on

To be honest, I rather enjoy playing what looks cool ;-). Builds can come much later for me. In this game respeccing from one relic to another does not happen so unfortunately rerolling a character is the only way. Which is why I deleted my duskmage at 20 that was ice, it really felt like I was going nowhere. The ice golem was not as cool as I thought.

I will only do that at the end when I feel it is needed, currently I am happy with my dps and just need to get my survivability up

Wow, they have overtuned the legendary drop rate it seems. I just 4 legendaries in one hour of play, 3 of them a matching set.
