And you know what? It’s a lot of fun. Despite it’s visual similarities to Rocket League the gameplay is completely different. Golf Racing is a good description because you’ll be taking shots at a frantic pace as you race towards the hole. You are only able to strike your own ball and cannot collide with the other players. The only way to hamper them is to grab a rocket pickup and fire it off at the person ahead, knocking them off course for a second or two, buying you valuable time to catch up.
As you get close to the hole a bit more precision is needed. I’ve had some holes come down to split seconds between 1st and 2nd place.
There is a wide variety of holes to play, starting out simple and getting longer and more complex.
The game looks great, nice and colourful with smooth gameplay.
