What was the last movie that you watched?

I’m with you on gapping as the credits roll. But when it’s on a streaming service and I can quickly scrub through to the end, I’m okay with that.

Not a major budget movie by any means, but clean and wholesome. Nice family movie with good principles.

I rate this 7 sardines out of a tin.

Now that the little one is sleeping better the wife and I get to enjoy some movie nights again, so she decided on Unforgivable.

Wow… I found the movie so full of suspense. My heart rate was constantly going. The music, and a lot was piano, was just brilliant and fits into the story so well. A brilliant movie.

A murder mystery at heart, with some comedy, and no real action to speak of. I’d rate it 4/5 german shepherds. Would sniff again.

We watched Peter Rabbit 2 as a family movie on Saturday night, hilarity ensues and needless to say, it has since become my wife’s favourite movie of late, and I really enjoyed it too. We all at times were in stitches laughing and they really manage to capture the emotions and expressions of the animals, it’s brilliant.

The Adam Project - pretty enjoyable Sunday night movie. I have some questions, but it does not ruin the movie for me.

I told my wife and kid, I am switching off my usual dislike of time travel, just so we can enjoy the movie together. Anything with causality, paradox in time travel gets me going so I have to make a conscious effort or no one will enjoy the movie with my heckling.

My wife decided it was movie night over my game time and she chose Weekend Away, what I thought was a bit of a chick-flik, but I ended up quite invested. Although comes across as a low budget indie kinda film, I found it quite intriguing and full of plot twists. Not too bad and rate it a, watch if you can’t find something to watch.

We Couldn’t Become Adults. A rather nostalgic (and sometimes sad) story about a middle-aged man, who recollects the stories of his past relationships.

It jumps between past and future timelines to fill out all the details. It was good as a big, contemplative, slice-of-life drama. Don’t watch it for an unambiguous or decisive story though.

The Adam Project. I’ve come to find Ryan Reynolds irritating actor, mostly because he plays Van Wilder in every role ever. Let’s take the piss out of every moment.

That all said, predictable Hollywood feel-good fun formula movie. There’s some logic holes in the story, so don’t look too closely. I will say, the kid, was brilliant. I think he actually held his own along side some big names.

Yeah! We also said he was really good! He not only did a prefect Ryan Reynolds, but still had a lot of his own charm.

I chose a movie this time, and the wife was a bit apprehensive of Jason Mamoa, regardless I wanted to watch a lekker action movie.

Color me surprises, I found I quite enjoyed this and the Mrs. was getting ready excited and yelling at the TV. I would give this a good out of movies.

I opened Netflix and clicked the first suggestion. It helps that I love watching dog movies and this was just amazing. Such a good movie and would highly recommend it to any family to watch.
