So I have been gaming for years and have never given that little setting in windows any thought until a few days ago… 'enhance pointer precision" granted I have never been a massive fan of FPS especially online but apparently this is a big deal when it comes to precision in Games.
The short version, with this off you movements are 1:1 based on your mouse DPI, with it on which it is by default windows dynamically increases or decreases your “DPI” based on the speed at which you are flinging your mouse across your desk.
it feels so weird to turn it off and then navigate windows itself but when I tired playing subnuatica last night the movement felt more natural, want to test this on csgo later.
Anyway has anyone played around with this who here turns this off ? If you have not tried it give it a whirl and find your perfect DPI settings.
