I’m all for the caterham, for selfish reasons. Open air car in VR is a mindblowing experience
Do you feel the wind in your hair?
You REALLY want the mini - and for determination I will support this push even tho I am not participating
Why are you not participating Will you participate if we race bananas?
Because as much as I love motor racing in real life and on TV, I am the worlds slowest driver ever and I cannot stay on a track - I have tried so many times.
But I will tag m brother who wants to join
Dibs Volvo!!
This looks like an awesome plan!
That looks cool!
I’m joining you!
I dont know any of the legends they mention but I am keen for some heavy V8s up the mountain!
Well that’s 'cus you’re not an Ozzie, mate!
I installed the pack and they visual quality looks really good so far. I hope they drive half as good as they look.
Each car is unique in it’s power delivery, weight and suspension setup, but they have been tweaked to have similar laptimes. Kinda crazy, seeing as the power ranges from 378 to almost 500 BHP!
I’m looking forward to trying them out later
Well, this looks epic. If you didn’t suggest this, I was going to suggest
They’re excellently modeled, reasonably aligned in performance vs easy/hard to drive, and they don’t seem slow, in the least.
Oh man, that looks epic as well.
Spoiled for choice now.
Setup a server with both? Wouldn’t mind testing the cars out
I’ve setup a server with the ATCC cars, I’ll add the GT legends later.
Did you know, when I turn off high quality mirrors, in CM, I get at least, another 50-60 fps extra
I’m in! How many laps do you normally do for these races? (I’ve always preferred the endurance types haha)
They are usually 1 quali and 2 sprint races per track, with the second race being reverse grid. First season we did 3 tracks per evening, but that got tiring, so we dropped to 2 tracks with 2 races per track and 1 quali per track. Anywhere between 20 and 30mins per race. Which is usually adjusted for over the course of the season, to keep the racing close, depending on track/car.
