Jam and cheese works well, My fav is marmite with strawberry jam.

Yay, more avo haters! I despise the texture and (lack of) tase. Banana, though, is one of my favourites. Like @Shrike I love it on toast with peanutbutter. It also goes well with grated cheddar cheeseā€¦

OMW who ever the company was that got the tender to do the CIPC website etc did such a bang up kak jobā€¦ cascading windows obscure text, amounts are shown with two extra 0ā€™s on payment receipts, yet the correct payment has gone of our account, not to mention old details for our firm are suddenly everywhere and the best thing is we have to have two logins (one to put money on our account for when ever we file stuff and one for general admin etc, however you can do both of the above on either account) SIGH plus the website is so damn slow

Amazingly they have :

  • Beef paste
  • Chicken paste
  • Chicken and ham paste
  • Ham and beef paste

But no Sardine/Anchovy paste like Redro or Anchovette
