How do I get invoices out of a company that deducted debit orders from my account? Have been mailing them since February. Phoned several times as well. Now I feel this needs to be escalated, but donā€™t know where to

Was it for real stuff? Otherwise people just debiting your account I would contact the bank, maybe even the fraud division.

Yeah, real stuff. Was Chubb (National) for my rental property which I have since sold. They still debiting.

You can cancel it via the bank and then start the fight to get the refund, just wait and see how fast they contact you once you stop the debit order

I decided to spoil myself with a ā€œfancyā€ salad.

Went to fruit and veg, they have this mushroom and mixed pepper salad with a tangy slightly creamy dressing. OMG I have seen it so many times, was worried it wont live up to expectations, its even better.

Also got a thai massage this evening after work
