that being said if someone phones me my first thought is usually “sh1t whats wrong!?” i also dont use my phone when i drive and will only answer on Bluetooth if its a number i know, otherwise you can wait until im home or where ever i need to be.

This is Cambodian house special fried rice with Cambodian sausage! One of the best things I ate over there. I’m starting to have some withdrawals of not having this sausage (even though I have no idea what it was made up off-nor have any intention of finding out) (also I know that will be taken out of context and I don’t care!)
Is that shrimp something something in the dish on the left? And what is the yellow stuff on the dish on the right?

yes, house special fired rice generally has shrip, chicken and beef with mixed veggies (mostly peas and carrots and occasionally mielies). the Cambodian one has shrimp, cambodian suasage and chicken.
they also put like fried omelet egg on top sometimes. sometimes the egg is mixed into the dish already.

Morning everyone. I have been extremely busy the past few weeks. I calculated that in the past 4 weeks I had the grand total of 5 hours of free time for work, the rest was all spent in meetings and workshops and bullshit. I’ve been neglecting a lot of things in my life due to work, including posting here.
So yesterday I took the matter up with one of the very senior execs at work. We spoke at lenght about the current issues and I do feel a bit better about it today. I might still be inactive for a while, but hopefully things will change soon.

This morning has been a literal shit storm with one of the dogs having a bad stomach and I have been cleaning up after them since 7 am, I was late for work.

Hi everyone. We had some medical emergencies with my parents yesterday so still haven’t done the brute force thing. Will look at it tonight.
Both the parents are okay though and I got to drive really fast on the highway.

Yeah thanks they are fine. My dad went for an angiogram and then my mother had problems while he was in. So she was in casualty and he was getting the angiogram. So I quickly drove through to Centurion to go help them out. I think my mother just had a panic attack. She will go for more tests.
Sounds like it, shame man its never fun. Mine also went to emergency, but she was just cheeky, her medical aid covers emergency visits better than specialists. She has sciatica and her back and leg was killing her. So she went to emergency and they helped her out.
How was your dad’s angio?
I hope your mother is alright. This growing old thing is really bad.
My dad’s angio was alright. He doesn’t have to get a stent but he may have to go for bypass surgery in around 5 years or so.
