Call of Duty: Warzone

It’s really frustrating… I thought it was our isp that was causing this…

last night we were a bit lucky, played 3-5 games, and only one had 200ms ping, something is very strange, it’s like the servers aren’t being assigned correctly or something.

Warzoners, thoughts on the new seasonal crossover event that’s being teased?

COD: Warzone X Godzilla vs Kong. Hmmm.

Could be interesting, will see what they break in the process though, as usually after each patch/update, they break something

new season is out, but no sign of godzilla or the operator skin yet, still cannot get a quads SA loby of normal Battle Royal mode in Caldera, so we just continued playing rebirth resurgence and did this:

So with Warzone 2.0 coming out, CoD did something cool, it makes a video of your stats and a cool/funny compilation( https://mywarzonelegacy.callofduty.com/ it says to use your activision ID, but mine only worked when I used my Battle.net ID. ):

warzone 2.0 launches tomorrow, pre-download is available, only ±15gb which is a bit suspicious, considering the previous warzone was in the 100s

Already downloading, this time on Steam!

Yeah, that’s either just some preliminary setup files, or some of those new fangled high compression factor files… Sys Reqs show that’ll expand to 125 GBs once fully installed.

And that matches the requirements for COD: MW II, which is now showing as being in my library, even though I only clicked on the “Add to Library” button on Warzone 2.0, and haven’t installed anything. It looks like exactly the same approach as before - full install of the entire game, even if you’re just in it for Warzone.

Steam is now just frikken confused - I’m not buying the full game, but if I did, would I even get it??

I’ve grabbed the preload, nearly did it on Battlenet but just before I started I loaded up Steam and saw the ad for it so I decided to grab it there rather. Keen to check out the DMZ mode, sounds like a similar take on the new PvPvE hotness (The Cycle, Hunt: Showdown etc.)

Lets hope those files expand quickly then, as even on my HDD it shows 15gb, would be really stupid if it comes out tomorrow and blizzard is like: nope 100gb download bro.

I stayed with blizzard app for now, since this is where I had warzone 1 I just stayed with it. Also want to check out the DMZ mode, some people might not like the bots, but honestly, I look forward to it, would be a bit more chill than constantly getting owned by people.

It’s activision.

The first 5gb of the install is 17gb.

So warzone is launchable right now, I was able to change settings, but still locked, and not playable.

Looks like some streamers are already playing after changing their Activision account Location to New Zealand.

COD:Warzone2.0 worth getting into?: Never really played the first, though I suspect it will largely be the same.
