unfortuantely that didnt work… because all the names are unique - so now I am trying to just remove the ones that have the word license or renewal in them

I’ve read up on it from a Digital Twin perspective a little. Not the ISO standard, though. It’s a pretty wide reaching field, essentially starting with digitizing documents that a building would require, to having a digital model that contains data about the building (think maintenance and legal records), to having a 3d model with clickable bits to control and read info.

Our company (head office in Belville) does some of this, so if you want I can get you some better informed people if your requirements line up with what we do.

What are you looking for in your case?

  1. Open the Excel worksheet and select the rows that you want to delete. You can select multiple rows by clicking and dragging the row headers, or by holding down the “Shift” key and clicking on the first and last row headers of the range.
  2. Click on the “Find & Select” button in the “Editing” group on the “Home” tab.
  3. Select “Replace” from the drop-down menu.
  4. In the “Find what” field, enter the word or phrase that you want to search for in the selected rows.
  5. Leave the “Replace with” field blank.
  6. Click on “Options” to expand the dialog box.
  7. Check the “Within” box and select “Sheet” from the drop-down menu to search the entire worksheet.
  8. Check the “Match entire cell contents” box to ensure that only the cells containing the exact word or phrase are selected.
  9. Click on “Find All” to select all the cells that contain the specific word or phrase.
  10. Press “Ctrl” and “-” (minus) keys at the same time or right-click on the selected rows and choose “Delete” to remove the selected rows containing the word or phrase.

Note: Be sure to double-check your selected cells before deleting any rows, as this operation cannot be undone. It is also recommended to make a backup of your data before performing any changes.

Have tried that and it isnt picking the word I want nor will it let me do the ctr -

This ought to work, but filtering using my method A) allows you to review before replace/deleting, B) Is pretty powerful for other manipulation you might want to do later on.

I need to find and get some kefir, does anyone know where I may find this? Is it a milk or a water?

I’ve been looking too.

There is some on takealot but half the reviews are complaining that the grains are too small and get washed away. This is to make it btw.

There is both water kefir and milk kefir.

Yeah, I’ve had no idea what it is, just that we need it for dietary requirements.

Apparently, Woolworths sells the milk form, I’ll have a look in Clicks’ health or organic section along with Checkers too.

Its apparently better than yoghurt. There are some special grains that you put in milk or water and leave overnight to ferment and it turns the milk thick and it has lots of beneficial gut bacteria.

Any fermented stuff should technically be good for your gut but kefir seems to come out at the top. Unless you can get your hands on natto (the taste is a different story though).

Probably already am.

How does it compare to Kombucha

Kombucha helps more with digestion and kefir is more probiotic from what I’ve read.
