Cape Town is boiling. It’s so hot, people’s brains melt a bit, and as a result they forget how to drive. Traffic is a scorcher… Or rather, the traffic is because it’s a scorcher? Either way. Ice ice baby, pretty please…

I’m the type of person who loves and enjoys their own space and company, having the in-laws here doesn’t help, especially when they’re here for 2 weeks. I can feel my anxiety flaring up.

Third day this week we’re waking up to no water. As someone who is wholly dependent on coffee and a morning shower in order to function properly, this is not a good thing. I pity the fools that irritate me today!
