Pasta update: Had to hand cut the sheets, probably didn’t let them dry off long enough. So I’ve got bits of pasta in the cutter.
On the bright side the pasta was nice and silky.

America this is nuts )Boat crashes into bridge in Baltimore making it collapse, and it doesn’t look like some baby bridge either. Its like something from Atlas Shrugged, I include all the airline issues too.
