In the space of 3 days, been renting in our new house for a month:

  1. Burst water pipe in the bathroom wall
  2. Toilet pipe to septic tank collapsed (same bathroom)
  3. Tempered glass door on that bathroom’s shower shattered, no one around at all. We all came running when we hear the noise.

My wife reckons it is haunted. Luckily the landlord is paying for all of it.

Hopefully that’s the three bad things all done with now and everything is peachy from here on out. Good to hear that the landlord - correctly so - is being good about getting repairs done.
