Ergh, got some bad news. A member of my team handed her resignation in today. She has grown so much, we had a great system going. Now she has been headhunted by a major player, more money, more responsibility. I am very happy for her but dreading filling the hole she is leaving in our team.

Morning! I made all that pancake batter and no one used it. My wife came back from church apologising, saying another church elder had made a ton of pancakes. Sigh.
