Apologies to the Steam friends who haven’t turned off the “Notify when a Friend starts playing a game” messages. Thanks for looking out, but no my Steam account hasn’t been hacked, and I’m not playing a new game every second minute.
I added a load of the games from the Stand With Ukraine bundle to my account last night and then started farming Steam Trading cards using IdleMaster. I want to sell as many as I can to put towards buying the Lego Skywalker Saga, and there’s 40 odd games with cards that I’m running through IdleMaster.
TLDR: Sorry for the notification spam. Turn them off!

woke up with the start of a tension headache, I can feel the knot in my neck, my physio session cannot come fast enough. At least some spasmed took care of it.
Off to work I go then a visit to dad this evening.

Woke up yesterday with a nasty headache, finally figured out I have a muscle spasm in the base of my neck between the spine and skull, managed to work on the knot and now I feel bruised and battered but no more sore head

I had a terrible nightmare last night where I dreamt I had a stroke, fell down in the kitchen and I could not call my wife. I was “inside” my head but could not move, and could not speak or breathe. I knew it was a stroke, for some reason, and was a passenger for the rest of the dream as my kids found me. Chilling to hear them scream. Turns out the stroke killed me yet I was still conscious of everything from within.
Unlike normal nightmares where I tend to wake up quickly, this one felt like it carried on for hours, constantly in anguish. Needless to say I did not sleep well…

After everything we have been going thru with dad, I can relate to your fears, I fear that he will never be able to truly tell us what is going inside his head, plus the added fear that mum’s Alzheimers kicks in early. So I will end up with two people to look after with minds that doesn’t always make sense.
And weirdly enough I had my first nightmare since this all started, I can remember snippets, but it was like someone uploaded the accident on reddit or facebook and people where discussing it and dad’s driving and then it went nasty but that part is where I woke up.
