Starting today PC players can pre-order Forza Motorsport on Steam and play up to 5 days early from October 5th by pre-purchasing the Premium Edition. With cross-play for online matchmaking and cross-saves, you can play with your friends across PC and console and for the first time, continue your racing journey across Xbox Series X|S and Steam with shared progression and achievement unlocks.
Am I reading/understanding that correctly? Cross-play between Steam and Windows and Xbox drivers? That’s good.

To celebrate our presence here at gamescom in Cologne, Germany, today we revealed that the local and world-famous Nürburgring GP circuit will be available in Forza Motorsport at launch on October 10. What’s more, as part of our plan to regularly bring new content to the game after release, we are also happy to confirm the iconic 12.9-mile (20.83 km) Nordschleife will be coming in Spring 2024. Both tracks have been completely rebuilt for the Xbox Series X|S and PC.
Check out the first few races and more from the beginning of the game, including the 2024 Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray navigating a beautifully re-built Maple Valley track and the 2023 Cadillac V-Series.R maneuvering through the exciting Hakone circuit, as well as a full-grid race on the all-new Grand Oak Raceway!

As in the video quality? Look okay for me - could watch in 4k.
Quality of the content was a touch bland towards the end with mostly the fixed external camera view, no music, and no commentary. Presumably to show genuine player view gameplay. But they could have shortened that a bit and shown a cinematic of the last lap or two with some alternate cameras.
Global launch times for Early Access and Game Launch. Looks like staggered midnight local times, so if you’re really keen you could move to New Zealand temporarily.
Notice again the complete lack of any African cities and times. I know I shouldn’t be bothered by it, but it does still piss me off. As a small measure of catharsis, I did post a sarky X (or whatever the stupid thing is called now):
