I wonder when will the next season’s tracks be announced. Has it been announced already?

According to forum and Reddit posts, the next season’s tracks normally only get announced late in December, or early January. So I won’t hold my breath if I were you.

That’s weird, I read that the 2020 season will start beginning December. But it was just a comment that someone wrote somewhere. I was kind of hoping that would be the case.

Actually surely that must be the case? With the current season ending end of the month. Otherwise there will be no official races during December.

It looks like the F3 championships tracks for the next season has been finalised!

And the IMSA schedule!

It looks like for now you have to go find them in the forums.

Awesome, but where did you find the thread? I find the iRacing forum a bit difficult to navigate and know where is what information

If you scroll down the forum then you’ll find the Road racing part of the forum. Then every race has it’s own sub forum. Then in there they have the voting threads.

Wow, for IMSA that is less than half the existing tracks…

I will wait until they are officially released but so far it looks like if I buy 6 tracks during Black Friday then I can fill 8 races each with the F3 Championship and the IMSA.

Own

Circuit Gilles Villeneuve
Circuit des 24 Heures du Mans
Sebring International Raceway
Circuit de Barcelona Catalunya

Prob

Watkins Glen
Road America
Spa
Road Atlanta
Interlagos
? Silverstone

It was just a quick look however. Will check properly when they are released.

That’s a sucky one! I like that with the F3 Championship they keep a track for at least one more season after it was introduced. Not sure how the IMSA schedule works. It looks like people just vote there.

There are 3 tracks that I definitely want to get, because there will always be a lot of races, and especially long endurance races, early in the year on them.

Those are: Sebring, Circuit de la Sarthe, Spa. It is also 3 tracks I absolutely love, and should be easy buys for me.

If you can, and you probably know this, buy 6 items at a time then you get a discount.

LeMans Endurance

Nice. I must look at those two too! Will definitely influence my track buying decisions. Would love to do the longer races.

I like the they are making the sprint and endurance series the same tracks. VRS is going to do the same. Just means more racing so good call.

I’m honestly not sure what VRS is hehe. Will have to go google.

Damnit. I want to do all the races but really struggling for time. Luckily things will get quieter over December and I’m taking 2 weeks off over Christmas time.

Talking of endurance racing, does anybody know where I can watch the Kyalami 9 Hour online?

Trying to get used to the F3 car. Still 3 to 4 seconds slower than the fast guys. But, I’m 3 seconds faster than I was last night. Watched some guys practice now and I can see where I’m losing time. Will try and get 2 seconds faster tomorrow.

I hope nobody watched me practice because you probably would have pulled all your hair out.

Pucker moment!
