Thats weird, surely everything should not work between those times.
yip, exactly what you would expect …but this why I am insisting it is throttling. And the package i choose was explicitly non throttling. I am on a 600gb cap package for that very reason.
Almost 90% sure it is due to the exchange being congested over that time.
If it was something like ports or throttling it would be constant and not just those certain times.
but daily? what are people doing in that time? is some kid downloading My Liittle Pony Revenge Wars from russia daily?

Yup Daily. I had that with my LTE, 18:00-21:00 EVERY DAY my connection would go to crap due to congestion
Maybe try one of the free 1gb accounts from a different ISP and see. If you can suddenly game on that acc then WA is probably the issue
