Im struggling with that belly roll as well, but I do think mine is hopefully smaller - Im to scared to measure today, cos I have had a few meh days.

I was down over 1kg yesterday morning. I’m almost out of proper food, so I made a pot of soup and some pasta for it last night. Was supposed to be two meals, but ended up eating it all last night, now I’m at last weeks weight.

I will do mine in the morning, I feel bloaty and fat right now :frowning: But did my 6500 steps for the day, also did 22 minutes on the trampoline - I am definitely getting fitter. I have decided my new goal is 7k steps a day.
I am not scared to show this:


My steps since I started wearing this stupid watch, I do need a new one that can stay charged more than half a day and that is waterproof


Also my activity, it doesn’t count all my bouncefit sessions properly which really pisses me off but its ok.

At the end of this week I will be creating and sending a basic eating and workout plan for each person, based on your weight loss and eating habits, I want you all to be extra strict this week with your willpower, say no to unhealthy foods and find healthy alternatives get moving and kick this things ass. You’ve all got it in you, I know you can do it
