Had an okay week last week, under ate abit too much. I have stayed away from sweet stuffs so far, but it takes a while to build up the willpower to say no. Will go through everyone’s messages abit later today and respond , will give everyone time to send through.

I am the others. Haha. I work alone. But I’ll only have a small slice and take the rest home for my mom and leave some for the kids for tomorrow.

I haven’t had cake in ages. I used to bake at least once a month but our oven is broken so haven’t baked in a while.

This weeks challenge- No alcohol on at least 5 days this week and to try cook all your meals this week

No alcohol is easy. I almost never drink alcohol.

Cooking my own meals not so much, but I do eat a cooked meal most nights. In the mornings I (usually) eat cereal or skip breakfast and then lunch I eat at work.

This last week I didn’t lose as much weight as the previous weeks. I stuck to our diet though and continued exercising. So I guess from here it’ll be a bit more difficult to lose weight.

I gained some muscle though. Especially in my arms and shoulders.

But man, really struggling with my tummy fat. My love handles feel much smaller however which is nice.

The thing about losing weight and gaining muscle is that muscle weighs more than fat by volume.

That’s why I gained weight last week. Must be. No other possible reason. Like at all. Definitely gained a whole lot of muscle mass!

After my salad I am having a piece of cake - its my belated birthday cake, I didn’t have any yesterday and the girl in the office next door brought me a slice :stuck_out_tongue: I am at the point where I don’t feel guilty for indulging in a slice

Again, very little change on the scale and with the tape measure. I’m beginning to think I’ve reached Peak Greg, and now I’m just cruising along the Plateau of Portliness.

I’ve strayed a bit these last few days. My mom is very busy with extra classes as it’s final exam time for the school kids so she hasn’t been making dinner and we’ve had takeaways. Had Nando’s Friday night and pizza last night.
