Not that much height - its not for high jumps :stuck_out_tongue: plus I dont have the confidence yet to jump like mad

You need devices that spy on you yet portray you movements in an inaccurate fashion, in this way Levitation between city blocks can happen.

Found my cloth tape. After a few consistent measurements, my metal one gives more favorable numbers :grimacing: I’ll be sticking to the cloth one

As long as I don’t screw up tonight, I should be under 100kg for the weigh in tomorrow

Crappy week for me. Put all of my loss from the previous week back, and some extra on top of that. :frowning: I know why though - I’m weak, the tempation was too great! - and I know what I need to focus on.

Getting down to double figures by the start of the new year is my immediate goal. Haven’t been there in over 18 months, so I’m going to struggle. Especially if I keep slipping like last week. Like my Grade 3 teacher said on my report card: “Must try harder!”

I slipped a lot this week as well, I am now back on track and even with my slip It looks like I lost a ton of cm’s. Cos even with the slips I was still bouncing, and now bounce even more - at least 3 times a week with the goal to get to 10 - 15mins a day to build up my strength and cardio

You’ve both got the right attitude. Slip ups happen, and all you can do is forget it and work forward. Keep at it!

Also, I noticed this morning one of the reasons I bought a second bathroom scale (that I broke not too long ago). The old one that I’m using now has a glitch. Sometimes it will bounce up and down. Not like .1 or .2 kg from slight movements like any scale. It jumps around by 0.5kg

I took the higher of the two…

must say im on the same boat last week was a really lazy week for me I had chocolate and that just went down hill :smiley: but I had a okish reason ><

That is what happened to me, I haven’t had chocolate in so long and I had 2 rows of an aero mint, and that was just a down fall.

A couple weeks ago, I polished off a whole big slab of dairy milk in a day or two. I shouldn’t have accepted it…

Always today its some cooked ham, I alternate it with ham, chicken, tuna or if our deli has cooked food, sometimes some of their cooked meat

I’m probably going to cheat today. I helped a tannie over the weekend who lost her parking ticket and she said she’ll bring me a cake today.

Im eating salad now so that will balance out. :stuck_out_tongue:
