How so? What happened

I feel that. After my chaos week last week, I’ve put almost a kilo back on

Y’all should be glad it’s not called “The Biggest Gainer” because I’d be winning that hands down!

I actually held my weight about the same, but my waist seems to have gone down, which is most important to me.

I can’t guarantee that I actually lost any cm’s, but this week, I got 3 measurements in a row with the same outcome, so I think I’ve got the cloth tape technique down.

It’s my wife and I’s 10 year anniversary tomorrow. So tomorrow is a proper cheat day. Going to a restaurant and we are going to get pudding.

That is fine though. Healthy weight loss is usually between 0.25 and 1 kg a week, so you’re still doing well!

Some family members beg to differ. . . I do know I lost a bit in cms tho. So I am trying my hardest not to let it get to me

That’s obnoxious. Easier said than done, but just ignore them. You know you’re doing well, and you keep doing what you’re doing. That’s what matters.

Thanks, I am trying to get out of my head. Its a sad affair that this person does it regularly, unfortunately. Eager to break down and no building up.

So we had a braai this weekend with friends, all snacks were healthy and sugar free, so were the drinks as far as possible

we had homemade hummus for dip for the chips(chickpea chips or rice crackers from woolies) and I must say I feel 100% today, usually after braais+drinking i would feel horrid the next day (not hungover just intense reflux from oily foods+alcohol) and I feel great today

I almost expected to see you say “homemade hummus for dip for the watermelon” :face_vomiting:

The rice crackers from woolies are awesome. So much variety. The garlic and broccoli are great, and the mexican jalapeno ones were cheaper, so I got a couple packs of that.

Also, +1 for Oshee, they sponsor my hockey team (one of their reps plays with us)
