I had such a lazy week last week >< kinda just needed a break from studying and work pressure. The weekend was chilled. TIme to get back at it this week!!!

Thanks to all the kak of last week, I have hit a bit a of a bump. I did eat a bit badly over the week and weekend. But not as bad as I used too.

I even made my fries and chicken pieces in an airfryer. (I Want one)

Im struggling at the moment. And I wish I knew why

Last week I spent time away at another office. So the lunch provided was all those unhealthy deep fried snack foods. Thank goodness for IF.

I didn’t weight myself at the gym yesterday and this morning I didn’t go because I slept horribly. Will weigh again tomorrow.

Staff Christmas lunch earlier and Chanukah dinner tonight and I’ve done almost triple my daily calories in two meals.

Also had/will have some braais. Had some braai’d fish, chicken, more this weekend. Minimal unhealthy salads. Lots of the good ones.

Had takeaway breakfast this morning because my electricity was off and I couldn’t cook at 4am when I had to leave the house, and it was the only reasonable option.

Despite the holiday shenanigans of the last week, I am down a third of a kilo over the previous week. So pretty happy with that.

I’m still in the running for MEW Biggest Gainer at the moment, but getting a little closer to breaking even again… pushing for a Christmas miracle!

I’m so close to being under 90kg! At 90.5kg now.

I changed my mind about the McDonalds burgers though. When I reach under 90kg I’m going to get a Rocomamas burger.

Ive had takeaways a few times now, but I always pick the healthiest options like grilled calamari and salad or nandos - just never again their veg - its gross
