I think it might just be. I haven’t had it in a loooooooong time. I always buy (or rather bought) a hotpot with spicy rice, Mozambique Paprika flavour with a side of extra hot peri-spinach. My mouth is watering just thinking of it and I’ve already had dinner… I haven’t had Nando’s since we moved down to Cape Town 20 months ago.
I had that for the first time a little while ago. Opted for the hot. It was amazing and burned the crap out of me (which I liked).
I need everyone to send me full measurements/weight and what theyve been doing activity and food wise. latest by monday evening.

My small loss from the week before? Yeah, managed to put 2 thirds of it back on this past week.
And now we’re deep into the holiday weeks - so much food, so many treats, so many delicious drinks all around.
My forecast is showing things will be partly cloudy, high temperatures and humidity, with a slight fat rising between afternoon showers through to the new year.

I have been relatively good, I know I could be better but I am happy with the progress

Im back to a 40kg squat and a 30kg bench,getting back into it slowly, gotta say i was happy when I got to 40kg, I don’t like being weak
I will weigh myself again on Monday.

After two weeks off of keto, we are back on keto from this week. Hmm or maybe more than 2 weeks. Since Christmas now that I think of it.
In the mornings I drink a protein shake. Then I do weight lifting for 45 minutes, 5 days a week. For breakfast it’s normally bacon and eggs or um this weird fruit thing that my wife makes. It has some kind of super food seed in it. Have no idea what it’s called.
For lunch it’s something similar. And then for supper it’s normally some kind of meat with vegetables or salad.
And that’s it.
I’m pretty sure that after this week of keto I’ll be under 90kg. We’ll be doing it for another 2 months.
I cant give advise if you’re doing keto, mainly because half my advise is against keto rules
I will post my measurements this weekend, Im scaaaaared. Also going for a weigh in next week Thursday - I feel like I haven’t lost a 1kg, but my clothes are getting big - my pants especially. And I am officially a woolies large t-shirt, I haven’t been able to wear their clothing in 10 years. . . .
Me too. I was not disciplined at all over the past month…
I didnt eat horrible but did have takeaways, snacks and so on, but we also stuck with a lot of wraps, smoothies.
