Ive been good none for 2 weeks now, Im being good again! Smoothie for breakfast, salad for lunch and a small meal with meat and veg and a bit of starch for dinner.

Im doing this on the alternate days that I bounce - currently just about 10 reps of 4 but will get more in as I get stronger.
Also using 1kg and 2kg dumbells on the trampoline for 10mins mininim now
I want everyone to post their favorite meal+activity/exercise for this week, maybe it will inspire someone else
I keep forgetting to take my measurements, but I still try to eat more healthy. I eat popcorn pretty much everyday now and no longer snack on chips or cookies etc.

I might have posted this elsewhere, but I had a bunch of basil to use, so I looked up basil chicken recipes. Found one that called for Thai basil (which I just started growing last week), but sweet basil worked fine.
Found out you can mince chicken by repeatedly chopping it (and now I want to get myself a good cleaver).
I loosely followed this recipe
I’m pretty much only doing ice hockey for exercise at the moment. I really need to hit the weights again, but I haven’t broken out of that part of laziness yet…
