No problem, I may do something similar to this but different coming up in the next few months . Would like to help people become the best versions of themselves
I mentioned it in my final weigh-in PM, but worth putting it here too:
Thanks for all the support and motivation over the last few months @Donisia - I didn’t lose much, but it definitely would have gone up if it weren’t for you.
I must remember to take cm measurements tonight
I haven’t done anything for awhile. Had massive diarrhea and fatigue for a week. I did lose 2 kgs though. So now I weigh 70kg temporarily.
Diarrhea is great for weight loss!
Hey hey everyone, once I have final measurements from everyone still participating i will let you all know the collective weight lose as well as who is the biggest loser
Anybody have any ideas how to use up 3kg of sweet potato (including freezing) for a single person quickly before they go off?
Also, another shoutout to @Donisia for doing all this. You helped a lot of people with this, and we’re all very thankful! So thanks again!
Sweet potato fries, and crisps
So between everyone who sent in final weigh ins, we managed to lose over 20kgs, the “winner” of this challenge is @Wyvern (6.2%), followed closely by @Solitude (5.7%) ! Well done!
To be honest though everyone who has put in effort and tried to change their lifestyle for the better are winners. I hope you keep up the good work and hopefully the health trend sticks I will most probably host another one in a few months once life calms down abit more(closer to winter)
Congrats everyone!
That is the plan! just another 20 to go for me
Thank you @Donisia - sign me up for the next one as well
Im just happy we restarted out bouncing classes last night. My but is killing me - we only did 20mins trampoline work and the rest was floor work - legs and core and but…
Congrats guys. I fit back in my size 30 pants so thats good.
I lost the plot here been so overwhelmed last few weeks i know I still lost weight but i also picked up some.
I’ll plan the next one abit better
I would just chop them into chips and cubes and freeze and use as needed
