This whole week in the evenings are fine with me. My wife has gone to visit her mother and will only be back on Saturday. So I’m basically a bachelor and my evenings are open.

Well that sucks. I joined again and now I have no points. Even in my league history it shows no past events.
Ah kak. I dunno, I’m starting to get the feeling that either some multiplayer league bits of the game are glitchy or we’re just cursed. I’m pretty sure that if you do click on the Retire From League button you should get some sort of confirmation prompt as well, so honestly don’t know why you were removed from the League? It’s BS.
I did however drink two beers last night and I don’t normally drink. So maybe I did retire from the league by accident. But it’s such a stupid thing to do that I just can’t imagine doing it. I mean I was able to win last night’s race after drinking the two beers so it couldn’t have affected me that much.
I’ll have a mess around with the previous results to see if there’s any way to get yours restored. But either way, we know what points you should have and it’s the end of league standings that count towards the MEW Championship, and that’s all that really matters.
Thanks guys! I just showed speed is nothing without control… Fastest lap counts for nothing if come dead last! At least I was on the podium! 
@DieGrootHammer we missed the back of your car! It has such a sexy back end! No idea what the rest of it looks like. Hopefully we can catch a glimpse of it on Thursday!

@oltman thanks man. I wouldn’t have come first if @DieGrootHammer played and you didn’t spin out in the beginning. Haha and @GregRedd would have won if it wasn’t for my spectacular sneaky tactics. First by having new soft tyres at the end and secondly almost killing him while trying to overtake so he made way for me.
So is everyone fine with tonight?
I haven’t tried the game yet, but the connection issue seemed to be resolved. I may be a bit late tonight as I’ll only be home after 8. Like 15 - 20 minutes late I suspect.
I am still in! I will do a few hot laps practice before official practice starts. I want to get my manual gearing right.

So Round 3 in Hungary produced an interesting race
Runaway league leader @DieGrootHammer had a bit of a bad day at the office by his standards. He picked up a questionable 5 place grid penalty in Qualifying (?) which resulted in him squabbling for track position on the opening lap with the early breaking AI drivers. Two wrecked wings and 3 pit stops later saw him out of the points at the end of the race. He still posted the fastest lap of the race, and retains the P1 spot in the Season Standings. He also provided a really good Gunther Steiner with an Afrikaans accent impression over Race Radio through most of the 18 laps. 
Top marks and Driver of the Day to @Solitude who took advantage of a great start and avoided the argy-bargy of the first few corners to take an early lead in the race and hold onto it through to the end. Even with the rest of our weak attempts to distract him. A well driven race, and well deserved victory that moves him up into 2nd in the Season Standings.
Another solid drive by @oltman to take P2 on the day despite having some difficulties of his own with the AI drivers, who seem a lot more defensive than ever.
I spent most of my race fighting with AI for the minor points, after dropping down from my P3 start to P14 by the chicane on the opening lap after (an unpenalized!) AI butt kiss spun me off the circuit. I was happy to have finished the race unscathed, not lapped by Soli, and in the points at P8.

Next Tuesday we move onto Round 4/5 at the magnificent Spa-Franchorchamps circuit for the Belgium GP. Should be good.
A very good race by @Solitude! Calm and collected, nobody was going to catch him!
I had to download a utility after the race to get my wheel calibrated properly. It also fixed my force feedback! So hopefully next time I give Soli a race!
Yeah thanks guys for the race. I’m rather ashamed of how I was driving. So yeah, I wasn’t used to the AI at that speed, but I should’ve adapted and was way too eager to make the passes that may not have been there. So I made those mistakes.
But from now on I’ll be keeping the driving on elite assists. That was my first race on it and I’ll have to get used to it and not make all those mistakes. Was actually not as bad as I thought it would go. I’m even thinking about doing my second season in career without any assists as well.
Dont beat yourself up too much, there was a lot of positives! That fastest lap with no assists means you certainly have the skills! That was a cracker lap! I am still scared of you!
