Phew… not sure if it’s a exercise thing or increase in oxygen or just changes in current lifestyle, but I been waking up before my alarms go off and not just waking up, but feeling alert too.
Same I even went as far as no phones in the bedroom and rather have a book before sleeping. I keep my phone on my PC desk that’s just outside the bedroom

What time do you guys do your sets? Morning, afternoon, evening?
I do mine between 5pm and 6pm then shower this gets me ready to study from 7pm till late
Generally evening as that is when I am kinda free from kids and adulting, sometimes if i find a gap, I quickly fit it in. Also then I can go shower once cooled down.
I try to do them early morning, but otherwise its afternoon or late evening if I’ve been slacking.
