must say last few days I have not been able to do the full set i will be glad this next exam is Done. I do about half >< at least its something

How much time do you guys set aside for this? In all honesty I have missed the past few days cos I am remembering too late and I don’t particulary want to exercise at 11pm, or after I have showered. As a result I am going to try and schedule in a regular routine for myself and try to make this habitual.
I try to set aside 1 hour at least somethings it’s hard with work and studies but I try to do it between 5 and 6
I try to do it in the morning between studying but sometimes it doesn’t work out and I’ve done my sets at 10PM.
