Any of you seeing obvious physical changes? Or is it still predominantly underlying improvements - better sleeping, feeling healthier, more energy, etc. ?
yea stronger for sure sleeping (with the combination of no phone in the bedroom) really makes a difference
I’m not sure about stronger, I did however notice the other night while in the shower that my chest (pecks?) look to be a bit… bigger?
Sleeping wise I have been sleeping better and actually been waking up feeling a lot more alert than waking up groggy or still feeling tired. When running around with my kids I don’t feel as out of breath as I used to.
Transformation wise, apart from what has been mentioned above, I haven’t seen much improvement as yet.
Small changes here and there as Beo mentioned the chest.
The idea here was to make this an almost daily habit rather than try blast it and then run out of steam. Change takes time and consistent effort.

yes less is more im still sore from Saturday >< I went way to hard lol
I’m actually sore from yesterday after being sick last week.
I can say with 80% confidence that I am basically back to normal dam that was a long recovery time 3 days ><

Just did my workout with my Mrs around which get kinda awkward, but she maintained that she was too interested in watching The Good Place. Needless to say, as I started out my squats, I Uhm, farted… And hen again, and again, and again, with each subsequent rep.
That being said, we both ended up laughing like mad, all while I continued my reps.
