Do 1 set of half your max sets of pushups and squats
Do 2 sets of as many pushups and squats as you can
Try to keep the time between exercises as short as possible.
So weâve surpassed 100 days, needless to say, I think the habbit is ingrained in us (or me at least). Which is kind of what this whole exercise was about, creating an exercise routine that was neither too strenuous or time consuming.
If you feel like continuing this daily @czc, please feel free. Though it does help me in mixing things up as I am dof when it comes down to it. I would just do the same thing day in and day out.
Ok lets try this.
Day 104
2021-05-21
Do 1 set of raised Pushups until you lose form - your back dips or you get tired/sore (Put your legs on a step, the sofa, a coffee table - somewhere thats stable - and do a set of raised pushups, you should be able to do less than you normally can. Make sure to keep you back straight.)
Do 1 set of Diamond Pushups (Donât push too much just get used to it. See video for example)
Do 1 set of normal Pushups (What youâve been doing up till now.
Do a wall sit for 30 seconds
Do 2 sets a half your max reps of squats
Let me know how that feels.
(Sorry I donât feel comfortable making anyone do one legged things at the momet)

Do 1 set of diamond pushups
Do as many normal pushups as you can
Do a wall sit for as long as you can
Do 1 set of half your max squats
Do as many squats you can
Day 106

Today is a rest day.
I did have this vision of going until day 404 and then posting exercise not found. So weâll see how long I can keep it up.
I did have a challenging time with this. I think I needed to start with something that was like a foot off the ground, instead I used the couch which is too high. As a result the amount was minimal. Will be on the lookout for something smaller around the house.
Letâs do it.

Do as many normal pushups as you can
Do as many diamond pushups as you can
Do a wall sit for as long as you can
Do as many squats as you can
Do 10 calf raises from standing
Have to leave for my medical in Rustenburg now and donât know when Iâll be back.
