I passed after redoing blood pressure 3 times.
Phew… thank goodness, my peck/shoulder areas are tender.

Day 110

Some different exercises today. Also not anything too high rep but more of an intro.
Do 3 sets of 5 hindu pushups
Do 3 sets of 5 Glute Bridges
Do 3 sets of 5 Superman
You can keep the hindu pushups
We do the bridges - 1 and 3 , no 3 we call the reverse plank - its brutal.
We do the superman as well - but incorporate it into our pushups. so we start out arms and legs stretched out, lift them as in the video, then bring the ams in and push up.
I did see someone incorporate normal pushups into hindu pushups.
Day 112

Do 1 set of as many Superman as you can
Do 1 set of as many bridges as you can
Do 1 set of as many pushups as you can
Do 1 set of as many squats as you can
Now THAT, I can do!
Day 115
2021-06-01
Do a plank for 30s - 1 min
Do 5 sets of Superman
Do 5 sets of Bridges
Do 5 sets of Calf raises
dam to think this is 115 days
Day 116
2021-06-02
Do 2 sets of half your max pushups
Do 1 set of 5 hindu pushups
Do a wall sit for at least a minute
Do 2 sets of half your max squats
Do 1 set of lunges
