Good idea, maybe get started by waking up a bit earlier and getting my oldest lightie involved, if only for a few km’s to get started.
I changed my routine up now I do fitness on Tuesdays and Thursdays, And I cycle on the weekend. While its still cold here I got some winter kit hopefully I will then be able to ride further away.
This is going to be my 10k route next Saturday. I did 7km yesterday in 1 hour so I’ll see what time I end up with for 10k. Will probably try and do 7km on Tuesday and Thursday as prep.
yea sure that would be cool. I would need to set a planned route for the ride and then see what I can manage
