I’ve taken a bit of a break from workouts as I have been experiencing a dull pain sensation along with some crackling/grinding in my shoulder of late, I am hoping that it is not rotator cuff or worn cartridge. Will see that happens…

It has its moments. Gone through a box of anti inflammatory and muscle relaxants but was only taking them once a day.
Yeah, last night for some reason was quite noticeable. Not painful to a degree where I am in constant pain but being constantly mindful of it. Just a constant dull pain.
@czc so what was the new idea you had to add to this routine?
I must say, I’m feeling a bit better wrt my shoulder. I still feel some uncomfortable clicking in certain rotation or extension but not much pain.
Oh yeah.
The idea was to do the One Punch Man Routine (100 Pushups, 100 Situps, 100 Squats, 10k Run) and find out how long it takes to do each exercise to get a starting point. Then we carry on exercising as usual and maybe once a month you do the whole routine again for time trying to beat your previous time.

While that sounds like a decent enough challenge, it would however be a problem for me as I don’t have any trail or running shoes
I know, I know.
You could leave that out and just do the bits you can. Alternatively for now see how fast you can walk 10k.
I try to walk regularly, so that’s actually not a bad idea.
