done.
@murfle have fun
Thanks so much! I really appreciate it
Good thing I have some ice cream ready in the fridge⦠I better have decent internet on Wednesday. Iāll be aiming for then unless someone unfollows by then
7PM stream? As the catalyst for this potentially painful experience, I might want to keep an eye on things on the sideā¦
I concur.
Our internet was off for 3 hours this morning, so weāll have to see what happens.
Iāll probably eat the gummy around 8pm to give people a chance to show up.
Programming scheduled!
I might have to postpone. Last night we were getting up to 12% packet loss. Will keep you updated.
Looking possible, but things could tank by 7:30pm⦠Will try to weather the storms if they come, but Iāll only eat the blasted thing if the bitrate is fine.
ISP didnāt respond at all today.
Apologies, I missed it as life can get hectic at that time of the evening.
No worries at all. The reaper bear was a little underwhelming compared to how it is advertised.
Ditto me too on the ālife demands your attention right nowā. Still going to watch the VOD later today to check your reaction to the Reaper gummy though.
I donāt do VODs on Twitch anymore, but Iām gonna get a cut up either on twitch or youtube later
Since yāall missed itā¦

Always good fun when your friends are the ones getting jumped
Howās the game? Much like Lethal Company?
It is VERY similar - same objectives, same scares, same proximity audio, only things different is the setting and wonkly physics to interact with items.
The scares are real, and after an hour or so it feels like it has lots of potential. It also has 6 players out of the box!
So, this, Lethal Company, Murky Divers, that Playtime thing we played, all very similar.
I dont consider myself a āstreamerā but I do like to use OBS to record some of my gaming sessions to YouTube so my buddies can laugh at themselves for being silly.
I also use OBS to record some tutorial videos for the company I work for. The lady doing the tutorials has a little webcam in the lower corner, but sometimes the tutorial is happening behind the webcam overlay. So I made 2 scenes, one cam left, and one cam right. But I wanted the transition to MOVE the cam from one position to the other. OBS did not make this too easy.
I then came across MELD Studio where, if the scene sources (called layers) are the same between the 2 scenes, it moves that source rather than fade or cut. It works so well!
It also has some other simple items that make OBS look ancient. Rounded corners for every source, effects like drop shadows and glow right from the main interface.
It is still pretty early days of me playing and testing it, but so far so good!
Too bad MELD is only Windows/Mac⦠Looked promising
Yeah, sorry. I guess it makes sense targeting the bigger markets first Its still in beta so who knows, maybe one day?
Could be. Iām in no rush anyways. Donāt do much content creation lately anyhow, but Iām hoping to pick it up a bit this year again
