I think you said you have an induction stove so cast iron will be out for you unfortunately

Green pan is a great brand tho mum had 2 for years

Still gotta go with Le Creuset. My Le Creuset pans are amazing, and they stay amazing. They are expensive for a reason.

Agreed. We got a whole set of pots and pans about 6 years ago and they’re still as good as they were back then.
