Aaand Iām outā¦ but firstā¦
I know Iām still quite new to this community compared to some of you but Iām still enjoying it here and still hoping it grows to take over the world.
One of the things that Iāve been noticing here, that I havenāt seen often, is the sense of community. Everyone in here is looking out for each other. Common interests? āMake a thread for it, letās jamā. Feeling sick? āHope you feel better soonā. Your birthday?. āBirthday messages galoreā. Going on holiday? āEnjoy the trip. Tell us how it was when you get backā. And then the one that came up today, Struggling with something at home/work? āTalk it out, weāre here for you. Here to listenā
I havenāt seen one flame war, one spammer, someone get banned, no insensitive content etc.
The point is just to put it out there that itās the small things that make a great community, and here we have them by the bucket load.
Real talk over, back to the party.

And you are right @Entity. Itās what I love about the community too. Many of us met over at MyGaming and these guys and gals became my friends and family. Itās great to have such a community.

Morning everyone. I feel bad for not being so active this week. Itās been absolutely over-the-top busy like you cannot believe. I am so looking forward to the weekend.

This community is like Hotel California - once you are in you can never leave - We have disagreements, we have so many kinds of personalities, hobbies, likes, dislikes and we all have this one thing in common. We are all gamers, and I have to say this community is home. They are my chosen family, and I will kick anyoneās ass who abuses it.
These guys and gals, have kept me sane, broken me with their kindness and generosity, shown me how amazing people can really be and given me hope and given support at my weakest.
There is a reason why we fought to keep the community going. And yes its still slow, but I love the fact that there is actually constant activity - the forum is never dead for more than an hour or so.
We love each other and will do ANYTHING and EVERYTHING we can for each other to support ourselves - from glitter bombs to random hugs.

Morning everyone. Glad to be back in Joburg. Umkomaas (and I guess Durban too) was terribly hot and humid. Doesnāt help when you spend all day on the plant in overalls, hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs and gloves.
Also public service announcement donāt fly Mango. They are always late.

My job organised that I go to Swaziland next week Tuesday. Um except nobody ever told me until today and I donāt have a passport. Apparently this was planned in the beginning of the year already.
