The initial assessment is that it is bearings in the engine that drives the cam belt thatâs gone. There might be more damage in the engine, but theyâll have to see after opening up and looking inside the block.

the engine can be rebuilt the issue with dealers is, they employ technicians not mechanics and all technicians can do is service cars and swop out parts, they dont have the ability or skill to repair parts.

Doubtful they are on track and ahead of schedule, they just now cant do their invoicing.
As for dipshit, all three dogs sleep inside, better protection for us.Something was just bugging him. When I fell asleep at 3ish, he was asleep on my legs - he never sleeps on the bed with me so that in itself was odd.
