My guess with the Bethesda stream, I think they are going to keep it up and running until E3, and at E3 reveal either a New Vegas style addon to Fallout 4, or a remaster of Fallout 3

Yeah, I also get the feeling that it’s either an addon for Fallout 4 or a remastered version of Fallout 3
Pissed that I’ll be missing E3 this year, but I might be at Gamescom and PAX Dev this year

That could well be an option too.
I think it’s damn funny the some 144 000 people sat for hours and watched a Bobblehead on their Twitch stream only for them to “put it to bed” and set the alarm for 9:45.
Probably 9:45 EST which is 15:45 here - so we might find out later today…

Well, seeing as Fallout has had aliens in it and Starfield is supposed to be a sci-fi game, it might stand to reason that the Fallout teaser is misdirection for a game set in a very distant future from the Fallout universe.
