Stupid Telkom. Nobody likes them.
Im going nuts - they are useless - they are saying that there is a monitoring system on our ISAM that downgrades my line due to noise the alarm system disrupting the line.
But when I test the line myself - aka plug everything out and just the landline - the noise on it so mental - we cannot use it at all.
Thought it was fixed?
So did we - it was fixed for exactly 2 days and then the noise came back. The line speed was 0.95 mbps last night - at the highest

They suspect underground cable damage - so frack only knows when that will be fixed

Constantly, if I am lucky it syncs up to 2megs, but the noise on the line is slowly getting worse, we cannot make or receive calls at all on the line.

Back when I was with Telkom whenever it rained our internet would stop working.
I wish I could rid myself of them but fibre providers pretend my part of the world doesnt exist
