Fell asleep early last night, slept thru, and feeling ok today. Found out what is triggering my sinusitus/hayfever - Canola flowers are blooming

Yeah yeah! I hardly ever get head aches. But when I do they are pretty brutal and nothing specifically that triggers it
Then instead of taking a painkiller, if you can ice cold washcloth against your neck and eyes, then swop with heat.
If that fails use something like panamore - a muscle relaxant - I find it is 80% muscle strain that causes the headaches
