So update on my office’s ransomware attack, my boss was an extreme idiot. he backed up our server but only backed up certain files but never checked to see if new folders were added for our accounts, so those were not copied… fml i now have to retype 3 months worth of invoice on excel to help our accounts ppl repopulate our accounts programme but a critical folder we need for the accounts programme with ALL our financial stuff in is f@#king gone
