Still have to do the consult so I don’t know what his plan of action will be but my take is 2 or 3 extractions and 4 fillings (that I can tell). When I was hella sick about a month back, I broke 2 teeth in half and the root canal I did years ago, it’s all fallen away except for those awesome rods that are now sticking out causing ooof pain.

hugs I Remember I have been thru it and still going thru it - hopefully, you can do implants and so on when you are in the UK - the NHS dentists are actually decent - just don’t go to a saffa when you there - they are the fuckups

Yeah would be nice to be able to wait to get everything done that side but it’s gotten to that fuckthis point, you know what I mean. Just this 1 kak thing to experience and full steam ahead getting ready for awesomeness in October, that’s how I’m fooling my mind

Well if they do extractions now, you will have to wait 6 months before implants can be done - the bone needs to grow back first. My surgeon was very clear on that - he wouldnt do the work before there was enough bone to work with
