So I have wanted to do this for a very long time, but never got around to it.
Would be great if there are any people that would want to join me, and see how long we can keep it going.
So the challenge basically is as follows:
100 Push-Ups
100 Sit-Ups
100 Squats
10KM Running
This is on a daily basis. For the starters or people with time restraints, splitting up the workouts is allowed (according to me).
I am going to try and see how long I can sustain this and do it on a daily basis in the mornings!
