This is cool. I wanted to start something like this before also.
I actually did start doing 100 Push-ups a day at the start of the year. But I stopped.
I will join in on this.
Just one question about sit-ups various people say they’re dangerous.

You want these things to be done in one go eventually?
Eventually yeah.
For me that is not an issue at all and will start with those. They run is where I and I am sure most are going to struggle
I’m nervous for the run as well. I live in the mountains. The only flat we have is indoors
This’d be something that I could do on the weekend only.
I don’t know if I’ll be able to do the sit-ups. My tailbone was really sore after 10 yesterday.
Do Crunches.
I am not a fan of situps at all.
So day 1 went okay. Exercises are no issue, squats were a bit tougher than expected though. I only did 5km though, will try up it each day. Getting ready for Day 2 now
I used to run about 8-10km three times a week but got lazy. I’ll eventually get back into sometime.
I started yesterday.
I am rather unfit, as it turns out.
I was not able to do it this morning, so going to try for this afternoon.
Yesterday was tough though. Struggled with the pushups!
Managed to do 6km and felt like I still had some left in the tank
