According to what I remember:

T111 is one of the first Tab 3 7" models. It’s has a dual core CPU and is Jelly Bean.
T113 is Wifi Only (No 3G/Cellular connectivity)
T116 is a newer model, Quad core and has KitKat. The Difference ins price in these two is the colour.

Everything else is basically the same.

Especially after you have a look on Takealot’s crappy site descriptions. I managed to speak to someone decent at Incredible connection who explained it all to me as well, and I went for the Huawei, because I love their phones. And so far no regret with the tablet
