Get a Micro pc, lenovo m920q along those lines, m920q also has a pciex slot and people have shoehorned low profile 3050 gpus in there, using higher rated laptop power supplies with it and are gaming in it.
Im using a now long in the tooth 8th gen dell 3060 micro and mostly for daily pc usage as it draws a shitload less power than the desktop pc but it has the power to run some low end stuff and older titles etc
