Lately, Takealot’s service delivery is ass. Been waiting on a delivery since Monday. Their Twitter DM is also very delayed and not helpful.

Are you in a remote area?
I’ve found they are usually pretty good until they hand it off to one of the couriers that service our area. I had a parcel stated for delivery on the 10th. The remote courier called on the 5th. He got about half way here, and he called to ask how much further I was from point B. I told him another 5-10 minutes. I called him back 20 minutes later, and he claimed there was an accident (ya, bullcrap. If there was he’d have called back to tell me there was a delay). I was wasting my lunch hour waiting around for him.
I don’t know how, but our finance guy had a phone conversation with them on our previous order. If you want I can ask him on Monday how he got a hold of them
