Not at all! Jam is made by cooking fruit, while jelly is made only from fruit juice. So jelly is a super smooth fruity spread. The flavour and texture is quite different from that of jam when paired with peanut butter. When you toast some high quality bread (like sour dough) and make a PB&J with it, it’s like tasting a piece of heaven.

I never even thought about that. We always have peanut butter in the house, we go through so much of it, partly cos I spread it like I’m a brick layer.

I can eat it in food, I just dont like it on bread, the consistency irritates me
